22Ha Greenhouse Development – Completion & Sale to Greencoat Capital
Completion and successful divestment of a 22-hectare greenhouse development to Greencoat Capital. This transaction represents a key milestone, demonstrating the ability to deliver and exit complex, large-scale controlled-environment agriculture assets to institutional investors.

110MW Solar Ireland & Greenhouse Expansion
Development and successful sale of 110MW of utility-scale solar projects across Ireland, alongside strategic expansion into sustainable greenhouse technologies.
