Leadership

Oliver co-founded AGR and leads the company's financing and capital development. Previously, Oliver led Biossence, the waste to energy developer and held senior roles within Sal Oppenheim's private equity team. Oliver started his career in M&A with Arthur Andersen. Oliver is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Information System Auditor.

John is AGR’s Investment Director and leads the company’s flexible energy and wind portfolio since 2019. Previously, John was a senior analyst and Dalestone Energy which was acquired by the Golden Square Energy joint venture in 2014. John started his career in investment banking with Deutsche Bank. John is a Certified Chartered Financial Analyst.

Zuly has served as AGR’s CFO since 2021, previously working in senior accounting positions with Echo Energy and Ernst & Young. Zuly started her career in accounting and audits with Crowe Horwarth and ASIC in Bogota, Colombia. Zuly holds a BSc in Economics and Management from LSE.

Mark has served as AGR’s Technical Director since 2014. Previously, Mark served in senior project management positions at N-ERGY, Welsh Power Group, and ENER-G. Mark started his career as an engineer at MAN and holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stockport College.

Luke has led AGR’s solar and storage development arms since 2020 and has managed a number of significant asset sales in this period. Previously, Luke was an Investment Manager at The Ingenious Group working with AGR in developing the Golden Square Energy joint venture. Luke started his career as an analyst with Ecotricity.

Julian has been leading AGR’s asset management arm since 2023. Previously, Julian has led global projects focused on technical optimisation of wind turbines as a project engineer. His extensive experience on the field equips him with a broad technical understanding of assets while adapting to the diverse needs of international clients and achieving KPI’s.
